Very responsive service and accurate diagnosis of problem. Sergey is very professional and experienced. He was able to identify the problems and helped me with my microwave and washing machine on two separate occasions and reasonably priced. I had my refrig. fixed in May by Sergey who did an excellent job. 6 month later, my LG washer had a burning rubber smell, so I called Magnet again. When I described my problem to them, I was told that it may not be worth fixing. People working for Magnet have integrity. They're not just money focused. I will definitely call them if I need a appliance repair job.

Wouldn't you know it. Our Electrolux oven decided to stop working on Thanksgiving Day. While Sergey didn't make it out on Turkey Day, he was there bright and early on Friday while everyone else was on vacation. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and made the repair the following week. Sergey is knowledgeable, courteous, on time and keeps a clean work space. I hope we don't need him soon for another appliance repair but I won't hesitate to call on him and Magnet .
